Prices include: accommodation, suggested routes, secure bike storage, bed linen, towels, electricity, gas (for cooking), heating. Not included in the price are: airport collection, logs for the wood burner, insurance, entry to cyclosportives (including the Etape du Tour), or food (it’s self catering).

The apartment is strictly no smoking. We do have four cats. However, no pets (not even ours) are allowed to stay in the apartment.

A 30% deposit secures your booking. The remaining 70% balance of the fee is payable 3 weeks in advance of your arrival. In addition a £70 (€100) per person deposit against breakages is also payable on all packages, normally refundable directly to your bank account 1 week after you depart. When the accommodation is not full i.e. for bookings of less than 3 people, we may contact you to offer the reduced rate (as stated above) to share with others who are interested in the same dates. Note: you are not obliged to share, the choice is entirely yours.

Optional extras payable while you are here: welcome basket (please specify requirements); annual training plan €50; weekly training plans €10 per week.

Environmentally Friendly Discounts: If you travel to stay with us by train from the UK (or any other country that lies to the north of France) you qualify for our 10% eco-friendly discount. The enhanced eco-discount of 25% is available to those who travel here by bicycle from the UK (or any other country that lies to the north of France). Please retain tickets and receipts as proof of qualification for these discounts. Since we ask for payment in advance your discount will be in the form of a refund payable on arrival. Please provide evidence of your transportation mode for consideration for our eco-discount scheme.
